Booking with HTS Total Ski

Phase 1 – Choosing your Austrian resort

You’ve made the right choice by picking Austria as your chosen destination for your school’s next ski trip but with so many premier resorts to choose from it may seem there’s too many to choose from. Peruse our website and consider where you may like to be based. Whether you are looking to travel by coach or air, our carefully selected resorts offer a range of opportunities to explore snow-sure valleys and après activities. Think about what budget you are looking to keep to and discuss potential options with our friendly team of school ski specialists on 01273 244 570 to find the right resort for you.

Phase 2 - Request a quote

You can request a quote using our website or through contacting the HTS Total Ski team on
01273 244 570. Once your request has been received by the team, you will be sent a quote detailing your ski trip within two working days. The quote can be used to receive sign-off from the senior leadership team at your school and can be discussed with your designated HTS Total Ski Account Manager at any time.

Phase 3 – Making a provisional booking

After receiving sign-off from your senior management team, your HTS Total Ski booking can be made provisional and held for a period of two weeks. There is no obligation to confirm, however during this time we can support you through providing material to promote the ski trip to the students, parents and guardians.

Phase 4 – Your ski trip deposits

As students sign up for your ski trip, you can begin to collect first deposits from those keen to secure their space. Once you have filled the spaces available, the collection can be sent to complete the first instalment.

Phase 5 - Confirm your booking

Complete the HTS Total Ski booking form and send it to us along with the first deposits to confirm your school’s ski booking with us. We will request a list of your students’ full names (as detailed on their passports) in order to make the booking process as swift and seamless as possible. A dedicated Tour Co-ordinator will take over your booking, take care of the final elements of administration, and provide any help and advice for your upcoming Austrian adventure.

Once your trip has been confirmed on receipt of your first deposits, your allocated Tour Co-ordinator will be on-hand to guide you through the next steps of your HTS Total Ski booking.
