Our school ski groups love the Hochsteg, from arrival to departure they are well looked after by its friendly host, Isabella and her family. The ski slopes are conveniently close by and the lively resort of Mayrhofen, with its superb infrastructure, is just 2km away. It is just 2km to the Penken gondola, 2km to the 160 person Ahorn cable car and 4km to Finkenberg. There is a free ski bus from the hotel. A warm welcome awaits at this one-party gasthof which is an ideal choice for a sole occupancy. Ongoing improvements ensure a high standard of comfort and service. Your group can choose from either a packed lunch or a hot lunch in the Horberg Restaurant on the slopes. Most rooms benefit from private facilities. ‘Trendy, lively and cosmopolitan’ describes Mayrhofen, an internationally popular and highly sought-after resort with 159km of interconnected skiing on its doorstep. It is situated in the heart of the Ziller Valley, 26km from the motorway. We highly recommend all our Ziller Valley school ski groups visit Fügen where they’ll love the water and leisure complex with its indoor pool which connected to an open-air pool with a wave machine and slides. There’s also an ice skating rink, restaurant, sauna, and beauty centre.

Après-Ski
You’ll find plenty to entertain your school ski group in Mayhofen including an indoor swimming pool, cinema, bowling alley, ice skating, curling, restaurants, pizzeria, cafés, shops, bars, discos and music bars. While at the Hochsteg your group can also enjoy its table tennis, TV/DVD, bar, separate adults’ room and disco room (requires equipment).
