School Trips 2010 - Travel Arrangements

Wherever you want to go we can advise you on the safest, quickest and least expensive journey to suit your group. Visits en-route can be arranged as can stop-offs and rest breaks for packed lunches or sightseeing. We want your trip to be fantastic from start to finish, which is why we only use coach companies and airlines that have a proven track record for safety and comfort.

By coach
We provide the best coaches available in the UK because we know that your group will rely upon a professional service from the beginning of their trip until the end.

Our coaches all have the following modern facilities:

• Reclining seats
• Video
• Toilet
• Drinks
• Seat belts

Our arrangements are based on 49-seater coaches and departures are planned to meet your individual requirements. Please refer to the notes on coach operations on page 57.

By air
We have been able to bring the cost of flying down by virtue of our extensive programme and professional relationships with well known airline operators. Wherever possible we will aim to fly your group from the most convenient airport that is closest to your school. If you have a specific airline preference we will endeavour to make this choice a reality.
