Prague School Tours

The capital city of the Czech Republic is packed full of architectural, musical and historical delights that will both fascinate and inspire your school study group. The elegance and grandeur of a time gone by is evident throughout the city and the surrounding traditional villages and relaxing spa resorts make for excellent recreational excursions. Students of music, art and history will be in their element.

 

Prague by coach*

Day 1: Leave your school in the morning and head to the most convenient UK port. Drive overnight with rest stops along the journey.
Day 2: Arrive at your accommodation in Prague. The rest of the day is yours to acclimatize and explore. An evening river cruise is planned for later.
Day 3: Today will be spent sightseeing and finding out more about Prague and the surrounding areas.
Day 4: Your morning will be spent at the Bone Church with an educational trip to the Skoda factory in the afternoon. A ghost hunt is planned for the evening!
Day 5: Theresienstadt concentration camp is a memorable excursion for your penultimate day in Prague as is the Staropramen Brewery.
Day 6: Your final day can be used looking for souvenirs and seeing the sights at your leisure before departing on your overnight journey.
Day 7: Return Channel crossing and back to the UK.

 

Prague by air*

Day 1: Fly from London to Prague with coach transfer to your hotel for dinner and accommodation. Relax and check out the local area.
Day 2: Embark on a guided walking tour of Prague taking in: Prague Castle, Sternberg Palace, the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter,
Day 3: Today you can visit the Czech TV and Radio station in the morning before seeing the Museum of Decorative Arts in the afternoon.
Day 4: On your final day we suggest a tour of Petrin Hill to see the Maze of Mirrors before having a guide take you around the interior of Prague Castle.
Day 5: After breakfast leave your hotel and transfer by coach to the airport and home to the UK.
