City Hotel, Siofok
Situated in the centre of Siofok on the southern shore of Lake Batalon. Close to sandy beaches and within walking distance of the ferry port.
This lake is so vast it is often referred to as the Hungarian Sea and many of the lakeside resorts have imported sand to form artificial beaches in contrast to the more natural grass and rocks. Geography students will find many educational opportunities for case studies especially on and around the volcanic slopes of Badacsony Mountain. Lake Balaton also provides plentiful recreational water sport activities.
