Traditional Spanish customs, Moorish architecture and religious festivals play out within the tranquil hillsides and towns of Spain’s most southerly region. Almost a quarter of Andalucia’s countryside is protected and the snowcapped mountains of the Sierra Nevada form a magnificent backdrop to your tour. A visit to the Alhambra, in the city of Granada, leaves you breathless at the spectacular and intricate Islamic design and day trips to Cordoba, Cadiz and Malaga provide a modern contrast.

Andalucia by air*

Day 1: Fly into Malaga and visit the Picasso Museum and the Nerja Caves before transferring to your overnight accommodation in Granada.
Day 2: Today will be spent in Granada exploring the markets, cathedrals, gardens and of course the spectacular Alhambra. In the evening you will be able to sample tapas and Flamenco dancing.
Day 3: Follow in the footsteps of Hemingway as you visit the city of Ronda. The famous bull ring and the aqueduct are our recommended highlights. Overnight stay in Santa Maria.
Day 4: Travel to Cordoba to see the Roman Bridge and the Great Cordoba Mosque before departing for Seville where you will find out more about the traditional Spanish dance of Flamenco.
Day 5: Spend a full morning at the Royal Andalucian School of Equestrian Art followed by an afternoon visiting the Caballero Wine Cellars. In the evening you’ll be paying a visit to Seville FC Stadium.
Day 6: On your last day you'll be visiting Seville Cathedral and the Maestranza bull ring before having some free time for more sightseeing or souvenir hunting.
Day 7: Transfer to the airport and your return flight to the UK.
