HTS is the only school ski company whose Head Office is in the Alps and is run by far the most experienced management team in UK schools skiing. The first ski parties carried by the company were as early as 1958.

Ken Bailey
UK Managing Director
Formerly a school teacher who joined HTS in Austria in 1973, Ken has more experience of schools skiing than even he cares to admit! Intimately involved with the development of the "TOTAL SKI" concept. In-depth knowledge of schools skiing and HTS resorts and hotels.

David Plommer
UK General Manager
David has 20 years experience in the school travel industry including 11 years of product delivery living in the Alps. A keen skier, he has responsibility for overseeing all aspects of commercial and sales management.

HTS UK REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Our Regional Account Managers have extensive experience of the special requirements of schools groups and schools skiing with first-hand knowledge of the HTS ski areas, resorts and hotels. They will be with you every step of the way.

Carey Burbeck - Contracts Manager
Based in the Innsbruck office, Carey, a former UK school teacher who taught Geography and History, lives in the Wildschšnau Valley but spends most of her time out of the office. 20 years experience in ski tour operating, having previously worked for Ski Thomson. Now with HTS for 5 years. Responsible both for contracting hotels and constantly monitoring their quality.
