The Girasole is an HTS Flagship hotel which enjoys doorstep skiing and lively après-ski in nearby Bormio. It is linked to the village by a wide road for easy coach access. Local Knowledge
Bormio is a world-famous ski resort located at the foot of the spectacular Stelvio Pass and Glacier. Many World Cup ski events have been held in Bormio. It is 30km from Livigno in the Valtellina. The Bormio-4 Valli pass (34 lifts, 112km) includes Santa Caterina and is available at a small supplement.

Après-Ski
At the end of an exciting day’s skiing your school ski group can enjoy Bormio’s indoor swimming pool, ice skating, curling, discos, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bars and cafés. There’s also bowling in Livigno (50min drive). At the hotel your group can use the bar, pizzeria/grill restaurant, disco room, lounge and games room, TV with video, table tennis, free fitness room and sauna (extra charge).
