Jungfrau Region School Ski Tours

This vast ski area is set in the shadow of the world famous Eiger and Jungfrau mountains. The variety of piste spans 3 mountains and 6 ski areas, with a vast choice of skiing, particularly for beginners and intermediates. The ski area is surrounded by the majestic mountains and incredible scenery, and its altitude makes this a snow sure resort. The Lauberhorn Race takes place every year in Wengen. It was first held in 1930 and is the longest and fastest ski race on the World Cup circuit with some racers reaching 160km/hour on the 4,5km piste. The largest amateur ski race in the world takes place annually in Mürren. It was first held in 1928, organised by a group of English skiers including Sir Arnold Lunn.
