Val di Sole offers a good range of skiing, and recent investment in the lift system has made this into an efficient and varied area which will appeal to all levels of skier and snowboarder. Beginners usually start their ski lessons at Marilleva 1400, which is reached by a gondola from the valley and presents a sheltered bowl in which to progress. More advanced skiers will enjoy the well linked red runs, and may even consider a day skiing over to Madonna di Campiglio.
