Hotel Capitani

The Hotel Capitani could not be better located, within walking distance of the main gondola and a five minute walk to the centre of town with its lively après-ski. The Capitani family are well known to our school ski groups and are guaranteed to extend a warm welcome to their comfortable three star hotel. This is a great base for older pupils who will appreciate the wide range of facilities on offer in this World Cup ski resort. It is just 200m to the resort centre and only 500m to the gondola plus there is a ski bus stop right outside the hotel. Your school's ski group can choose from a packed or hotel lunch. All rooms benefit from a TV, telephone and private facilities. Hot lunches are available on the slopes (at a supplement).

Local Knowledge
Bormio is a world-famous ski resort located at the foot of the spectacular Stelvio Pass and Glacier. Many World Cup ski events have been held in Bormio. It is 30km from Livigno in the Valtellina. The Bormio-4 Valli pass (34 lifts, 112km) includes Santa Caterina and is available at a small supplement.

Après-Ski
With its lively après-ski Bormio is sure to keep your group entertained. Local leisure facilities include the indoor swimming pool, ice skating, curling, discos, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bars and cafés. There’s also bowling in Livigno (50min drive). While at the hotel your group can use the lounge area, TV/DVD and recreation room.
