Prunner

Dating back to the late middle ages, the Prunner is an attractive gasthof located just inside the town walls of Gmünd with part actually built into the walls themselves. This welcoming gasthof offers a high standard of accommodation and exudes charm. It is noted, in particular, for its warm hospitality and good food with the Prunner family on hand to ensure our school ski groups are well looked after during their stay. It would make an ideal choice for a sole occupancy. All rooms benefit from private facilities while adult rooms also have a TV and telephone. Adults can also relax in the free sauna. Hot lunches available on the mountain, not at the hotel.

Gmünd is an historic medieval walled town which exudes a charming atmosphere and is located on the southern side of the Katschberg ski area.

There are many leisure facilities in Gmünd for your group to enjoy including ice skating, curling, a bowling alley, restaurants, pizzeria, shops, bars, cafés, disco and a museum dedicated to Porsche sports cars. While at the Prunner you’ll find two dining rooms, bar, lounge/stube (cosy lounge area), TV with video and a sauna which is free for adults.
