Located in the resort centre in the beautiful village of Mauterndorf, the Mauser Mühltaler is an historic and important listed building dating back to the middle ages. The Mauser family have cleverly combined the historic style and structure with modern comforts and facilities. Elisabeth Mauser works tirelessly to ensure all her guests receive first class service within the warm and friendly atmosphere of this hotel which is specialises in school ski groups. There is a ski bus right outside the hotel and it’s just 1km to the Speiereck-Grosseck lifts. During your stay your group will receive generous and wholesome meals, made from locally produced and home-grown ingredients, served in the stone vaulted dining rooms. All rooms benefit from private facilities while adult rooms also have a TV. Hot lunches available.

Local Knowledge
Mauterndorf is a beautiful, traditional Alpine village which has retained its medieval character and picturesque historic centre. It is situated at the foot of the Radstädter Tauern, 14km from Tamsweg.

Après-Ski
During your time away from the slopes your group can enjoy the beautiful village and its ice skating, curling, sports centre, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bars, cafés and discos. While at the hotel there’s also plenty to keep your group entertained with its bar/stube (cosy lounge area), disco and entertainment room, TV/DVD with projector and large screen, table tennis, table football, darts and billiard table. There’s also a sauna, steam bath, solarium and steam cabin (extra charge).
