Kohlmayr

The Kohlmayr is a traditional, family run gasthof situated right on the town square in the centre of picturesque Gmünd, on the southern side of the Katschberg ski area. It is a firm favourite of our school ski groups where they love the atmosphere and appreciate the beautifully furnished public areas and good home cooking. During your stay you’ll notice some interesting details about the family and history of the gasthof in the reception area. This gasthof would make an ideal choice for a sole occupancy. Most rooms have a TV and telephone while all rooms benefit from private facilities. Hot lunches available on the mountain.

There are many leisure facilities in Gmünd for your group to enjoy including ice skating, curling, a bowling alley, restaurants, pizzeria, shops, bars, cafés, disco and a museum dedicated to Porsche sports cars. While at the Kohlmayr you’ll find two dining rooms, bar, lounge/stube (cosy lounge area) and a TV with video.
