Gasthof Laggner +

Situated on the lakeside and within easy reach of the Gerlitzen ski area, the Gasthof Laggner is a popular choice with our school ski groups. It is family run and will provide a comfortable base for your skiing. With a total of 50 beds it would make an ideal choice for a sole occupancy. It’s only 300m to the centre of Steindorf and 9km to Kanzelbahn. Each day your school ski group can choose either a packed or hot lunch. The rooms are comfortable and many have excellent views over the Ossiacher Lake. All rooms benefit from private facilities.

Local Knowledge
Villach, the regional capital, has a good infrastructure and is only 6km from the lakeside villages of Annenheim and neighbouring Sattendorf and Steindorf. The whole area is dominated by the Gerlitzen Mountain (accessed by the Kanzel gondola lift in Annenheim) and Lake Ossiach. Located in Carinthia, close to Kranjska Gora (Slovenia), and the Italian border, it is easily accessed by motorway. A day’s skiing in Slovenia is also available at a supplement.

Après-Ski
While away from the slopes your school ski group can enjoy visiting Villach with its restaurants, pizzerias, shop, bars, discos, cafés, bowling alley, ice skating and curling (also in Treffen and Annenheim) and indoor swimming pool with slides (Warmbad Villach). While at the Gasthof Laggner your group can use its TV/DVD, Table Tennis, Table Football and Bar while teachers can also relax in the separate adults’ room.
