Postillion am see

The Postillion Am See is set in a great location on the shores of the Millstatt Lake and is within a few minutes’ walk to the centre of the historic town. This high quality three star hotel is comfortable, well appointed and has proved a popular one party hotel with our school ski groups it’s possible to enjoy a sole occupancy. All rooms benefit from a TV, hairdryer, safe, telephone and private facilities. Hot lunches available on the slopes.

Local Knowledge
With its historic abbey, Millstatt enjoys an impressive setting right on the lakeside. It is 5km from the motorway and 20km from Bad Kleinkirchheim. Follow in the footsteps of legendary downhill skier, Franz Klammer, who learned to ski in Bad Kleinkirchheim and who won all but one of the downhill races in the 1975 season plus an Olympic gold in 1976.

Après-Ski
Local amenities for your school ski group to enjoy include restaurants, pizzeria, shops, bars, cafés and bowling. There’s also an indoor swimming pool in Spittal and ice skating in Seeboden. At the hotel you’ll also find a recreation room, winter garden, separate adults’ room, TV, table football and a sauna (extra charge).
