We are currently recruiting full-season and peak-season Resort Managers in Austria, Italy and Switzerland to look after our growing number of school ski groups. As a representative of HTS Total Ski, you will be expected to deliver first class customer service and to play a key role in the smooth running of the ski trip.

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the company is represented in a smart and professional manner at all times
2. Organising the efficient delivery of all pre-booked services (accommodation, ski hire, ski passes, ski school, evening entertainments) and monitoring their quality
3. To be on hand to deal with queries or requests in a positive manner
4. Pro-active in dealing with emergencies and unforeseen situations which may arise

Key skills and qualities:

1. Previous, relevant customer-service experience (previous experience as a winter sports representative is desirable)
2. Confident and sensible attitude with ability to work unsupervised
3. Ability to communicate well with customers and suppliers
4. Good organisational and time-management skills
5. Flexible approach to work
6. Interest in winter sports
7. Good command of German and/or Italian

Package:

1. €220 per week
2. Accommodation on half-board basis
3. Travelling expenses and in-resort transport costs
4. Full medical insurance
5. Full training programme and 24 hour back-up from our Innsbruck Head Office
6. Ski pass
7. Ski and boot hire if required
